CIMENT is Israel’s leading cement importer, with inherent advantages that include: a port owned by the group, a private fleet of ships and extensive trade relationships, and full control of the entire cement supply chain – from compliance with Israeli standards, through importing raw materials, maritime transportation, and packaging, to delivery to the end customer.

Cement Terminal

CIMENT operates a dedicated cement terminal within the Israel Shipyards Port in Haifa, one of the largest and most sophisticated ports in the world. This enables rapid unloading of ships and the storage of cement and other products in huge silos. The CIMENT terminal includes an advanced, automated packaging plant that enables rapid packing of materials, and the distribution system is based on a fleet of trucks.

 

The terminal specializes in cement storage, packaging, and distribution. This is performed with the help of cutting-edge systems that ensure fast, efficient, and reliable operation in line with the most stringent environmental standards.

CIMENT’s imported cement comes from leading international construction material corporations, which are active in many countries. The cement meets Israeli and/or international standards and combines a fine blend of materials with a meticulous professional production process, ensuring a more stable and durable result.

  • Advanced Pneumatic Pump: Enables “dry” and clean unloading of raw materials from the ship at an impressive rate of 500 tonnes per hour.
  • Huge Storage Silos: 34,000 tonnes of storage; nine 45-meter-tall silos with an approx. 4,000 tonne capacity, located around 30 meters from the dock.
  • Automated Packaging Plant: Includes a dynamic mixing system that can be adapted to the needs of each customer, offering the most precise customized solutions.
  • 8 Truck Loading Stations: With an impressive loading rate of more than 1,000 tonnes per hour.
  • Stringent Standard Compliance: The terminal meets leading international safety standards, as well as standards related to quality control and environmental protection.
  • Full Technological Integration: The terminal integrates state-of-the-art technology with smart logistical solutions to offer service of the very highest quality.

  • CIMENT has a fleet of ships and trucks, enabling the company to manage the entire supply chain and ensure the fastest, most efficient operations all the way to the customer’s door.
  • The CIMENT fleet includes 4 fully owned ships as well as 2 more ships on a long-term lease.
  • CIMENT has 40 privately owned trucks and operates an additional 35 trucks via subcontractors.

Packaging Plant

CIMENT’s packaging plant is fully automated and based on advanced technology. Its innovative packing machines ensure the fastest and most efficient operation, with zero product loss. The company offers both 25 kg and 50 kg bags.
