CIMENT, part of the Israel Shipyards Industries Group, is the leading cement importer in Israel and sells a wide range of products and services for the construction and infrastructure industry. Since its establishment as a cement importer in 2016, the company has steadily developed and expanded its activities. Today, CIMENT provides comprehensive professional solutions and products for every construction stage – from basic materials to advanced finishing products.

 

The company’s logistics are supported by the infrastructure of the Israel Shipyards Industries Group, which includes a private port and loading/unloading terminal, as well as a fleet of cargo ships and trucks for land transportation. CIMENT is a prominent innovator in the development of new products aiming to improve the efficiency of construction processes and protect the environment. The company invests in advanced R&D, alongside automation and other innovative technologies, while recognizing the importance of its employees’ professional excellence as a strategic asset.

End-to-End Logistical Solutions

CIMENT controls the entire logistical supply chain – from importing raw materials and adapting them to meet Israeli standards, through maritime transportation, to packing and distributing products to the end customer. All import and storage activities are performed at the dedicated CIMENT terminal within the Israel Shipyards Port in Haifa, one of the largest and most sophisticated terminals in the world. This enables rapid unloading of ships and the storage of cement and other products in huge silos. The CIMENT terminal is equipped with innovative automation systems, a packaging plant, and an advanced logistics system, ensuring efficient, continuous distribution nationwide.

CIMENT imports and markets a broad range of products and solutions for the construction industry. It manufactures cement-based products (plaster, adhesives, sealants, repair and finishing materials) and imports many more products in order to offer a truly comprehensive portfolio. This includes multi-year agreements to import construction products by the world’s leading brands.

The CIMENT fleet includes 4 fully owned ships as well as 2 more ships on a long-term lease, enabling the company to deliver fast, reliable services without having to depend on external factors.

Ciment’s holds fleet of trucks permits the company to manage the entire supply chain, ensuring that goods reach the customer quickly and efficiently. It has 40 privately owned trucks and operates an additional 35 trucks via subcontractors.

Nadir is the exclusive distributor of Oikos, the top Italian paint brand, which specializes in producing decorative plaster and paint products in unique shades and textures.
